Your sales and stock data is yours
The software runs on your own registers, and the sales, stock and customer information it records belongs to your business, not to us. SystemAid Caribbean Limited does not access, copy or sell it as part of normal operation.
- Your data stays on your own equipment unless you ask us to set up a backup or an export.
- We do not use your sales figures for anything - not marketing, not benchmarking, nothing.
- If we need to look at your database to fix a support issue, it is with your permission, for that issue only.
What this website collects
If you send us an enquiry, we keep what you typed - your name, business name, e-mail address, phone number, which product you asked about and your message - so that we can reply to you and quote for the work. We use it for that and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anybody outside our company.
The site sets a cookie only when a member of our staff signs in to manage it. There is no advertising network on this site, no tracking pixel, and nothing on these pages is loaded from another company's server.
Asking us to delete something
Write to [email protected] or call us on any of the numbers below and ask us to delete your enquiry, and we will.
