About PopUpPOS - Android
PopUpPOS is the modern point of sale built for food trucks, kiosks, bars and mini-bars, cafes and coffee shops, school cafeterias, small retail stores, food carts and pop-up stores - the businesses that keep Trinidad moving, and the ones a full counter system was always too expensive for.
The Android version runs on any Android smartphone or a 10 inch tablet. It works fully offline - take sales, print receipts and manage your product catalogue with no Wi-Fi or data at all, which makes it right for outdoor events and remote locations. Connect a 58mm Bluetooth receipt printer for a paper receipt, or send a fully itemised receipt straight to the customer's WhatsApp in one tap, or do both.
It also includes the van sales module for distribution companies and route salesmen: visit each customer, record deliveries and pickups, print or WhatsApp the receipt on the spot as proof of delivery, and see the whole route's sales, items delivered and cash collected at the end of the day - with a separate account and separate reporting for each driver.
The software is a one-time purchase of TT$999. Maintenance and support is TT$450 a year and covers software updates and new features, e-mail, phone and remote support, and refresher training. Full stock tracking is in SmartSale POS + Inventory (option 4) rather than here.
